Website content provides general information. Individualized nursing assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation take place through the practice’s patient-care process.
Browsing this website or booking a discovery call does not, by itself, establish an ongoing nursing relationship or purchase an annual plan. Services depend on suitability, availability, required consent, and professional authority where the patient is located.
Services and payment terms
Website descriptions summarize the available services. Your accepted patient agreement and service schedule identify the services purchased, included visits, fees, payment dates, duration, and cancellation terms.
Annual plans carry a 12-month commitment. Installments are payment arrangements for that annual fee. Plans do not renew automatically.
Communication and urgent needs
Routine communications follow the response times published on the Contact page. Website links, email, voicemail, and portal messages are not continuously monitored.
For an emergency, call 911. Seek an appropriate timely care service for concerns requiring prompt attention.
External services
Booking, payments, and Patient Portal functions are provided through Practice Better. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
